" Role/Team overview " " This role sits in a business-critical domain responsible for application distribution and orchestration across the Sky Europe estate, reaching tens of millions of customer devices. The team is shaping a modern, aligned capability across Comcast, Sky and Comcast syndication partners globally, with a focus on scalable platforms, reliable delivery and strong engineering ownership . " What" you'll "do " " Build, release and support customer-facing products and services at scale Develop across the stack, using Go for backend services and TypeScript/React for frontend applications Design and implement maintainable components, APIs and integrations in Kubernetes platform and AWS environment Improve code quality, testing, observability, CI/ CD and release reliability Diagnose and resolve issues in live systems, including incident support and root cause analysis Work with product, design and engineering peers to deliver effective solutions and contribute to technical direction " What" you'll "bring " " " Essential"criteria: "" " Strong commercial experience designing, building and operating well-architected, distributed applications on AWS Strong backend development experience in Go Strong frontend development experience in TypeScript with a modern framework Experience building and troubleshooting automated testing and CI/CD pipelines, setting up observability, and supporting live systems in production Experience mentoring engineers and contribu
