Lead High-Performing Golang Engineering Teams - Our client, a fast-growing and innovative technology organisation based in Greater Manchester, is looking for an experienced Engineering Manager (Golang) to lead and develop high-performing Agile engineering teams. As Engineering Manager, youll lead a team of Golang Software Engineers working across cloud-native microservices and distributed systems. * Lead and mentor a team of Golang Software Engineers. Youll be an experienced engineering leader with a strong technical background in backend or distributed systems development, ideally using Golang. * Strong commercial experience with Golang or similar backend technologies.
